Wasabi-Milano1000

We make the best for all our customers!

Wasabi, in September 2006, opened the first restaurant in the heart of Milan and only a few years later thanks to the care, passion and attention to the quality of the offer, the second Wasabi was born.

Over the years, it has become the reference point for lovers of Asian culinary traditions or fusion experiments.

Zheng and his wife Zhang who follow every detail with enthusiasm and dedication will be happy to welcome you in the restaurants of Via Solferino and Via Ponte Vetero

Fruits and vegetables are delivered every morning from the Brera Garden, the well-known greengrocer in via San Carpoforo, synonymous with trust and freshness for many families and inhabitants of the area.

Fish is chosen on the basis of quality-determining requirements such as appearance, size and above all the maintenance of the cold chain. Once in the Wasabi kitchens, the fish is immediately “slaughtered” in compliance with current legislation.

The dishes are freshly prepared and the products are used throughout the day, giving life to that trinomial of intentions that are Wasabi’s main philosophy: flavor, health and lightness. The ingredients pass into the expert hands of the chefs who, thanks to their twenty years of experience, transform them into traditional Asian dishes, the sum of the different experiences and origins of those who cook them and those who invent them.

The Wasabi Style.
